At Golden Quips, we make premium apparel for people with great taste and questionable life choices.

Our products are printed specifically for you when you order, which means we can't magically un-print them when you decide you should have checked the size chart.

Please take 10 seconds to review the fit and sizing information on each product page before ordering.

Trust us.

Ignoring the size chart has the same energy as texting your ex at 2 a.m.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Day 15?

That's between you, your closet, and your decision-making process.

What Can Be Returned

We'll happily accept returns on items that are:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Tags still attached (if applicable)

Trying it on is fine.

Wearing it to brunch, girls' night, your cousin's wedding, and three Target runs is not.

What We Won't Accept

We cannot accept returns on items that are:

✘ Worn
✘ Washed
✘ Stained
✘ Covered in pet hair
✘ Perfume-scented
✘ Deodorant-marked
✘ Returned more than 14 days after delivery

If it looks like you've been living your best life in it, it's yours.

Exchanges (Our Favorite Option)

Ordered the wrong size?

We've all made mistakes.

Some people marry theirs.

We offer size exchanges within the United States whenever possible because we'd rather help you get the right fit than have you walking around disappointed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

✔ Refunds are issued to your original payment method
✔ Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
✔ Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Because unfortunately, the postal service doesn't refund us either.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If your package disappears into the same void where common sense goes during a toxic relationship, we cannot issue a refund for items we never receive.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We'll review it and work with you on a solution.

Unlike some people, we actually take accountability for our mistakes.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance items
• Limited edition drops
• Gift cards

Once they're gone, they're gone.

Kind of like your patience.
